Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all estimated costs before treatment is administered. For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We do offer financing through CareCredit with a 12-month interest-free plan. We accept several dental plans, including United Concordia, MetLife, UPMC and Aetna. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will make every attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
Charges are payable at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have questions about payment options available to you, please contact our office manager.
